These frames are good, but not great. The glass is pretty clear, and there were no imperfections in the black surrounding frame, so as far as appearance, I'm satisfied. However, depending on the thickness of what you want to frame it may not fit. The small metal extensions that keep the cardboard backing in place are VERY short, and will notaccomodate things with great depth. I framed a t-shirt in mine, and it was able to frame some size mediums, but other mediums, it couldnt, due to the slight difference in thickness. Overall, and especially if it's just for pictures, this is a great buy.I did not take off a star for this, but out of the 8 frames I ordered (all on seperate occasions), I had to return 5, because they arrived broken. When you get the package, shake the box. If it sounds like broken glass, just call the courrier, and have it "returned to sender." Then tell amazon it was broken upon arrival, and ask for another. Approximately one out of every three comes in-tact.

This item isn't at all like the first picture listed, it's rounded on the edges (looks more like the second picture but it's so hard to tell). I noticed that it's definitely cheaply made and I was extra careful with the glass after reading the other reviews- I can see how it could be a problem. Mine arrived very well packaged and quickly (thank you Amazon) however there was a chip in the black paint that was under the corner cardboard under the plastic wrap so it was there prior to packaging and shipping. I just used a sharpie to cover it, no biggie, but again, I can see how others gave negative reviews. Overall it's inexpensive, fits the size I needed and looks great on the wall- so 3 stars. My advice, read the reviews prior to purchase and decide for yourself.

I bought some original posters from a freelance artist while back. Wanting to frame them i went to several local stores. None had frames in the correct size. So, when i found these online, i was very excited. The design is nothing fancy, but it happened to match three other frames i had bought locally. They arrived in prime condition, and very quickly. 10 minutes later, both my original works were hanging on my wall. Definitely recommend seller and product. If i happen across more artwork, i'll buy from here again!

Bought two of these to hold a couple of smallish-size posters that I'd had lying around. I didn't want to shell out big bucks for a poster, but I didn't want to look like a college student with a poster hung up with masking tape, either. These were a very good choice for those needs!I'm not gonna lie, they're not super fancy or anything. But the frames are inexpensive and they look pretty good around the posters. Arrived intact, no problems. The molding has weight and heft to it and seems sturdy enough, and the glass is solid and didn't crack in transit or while I was fitting the posters to the frames.

I love these frames. They were a bit on the high end of my grad school budget but they were worth it. The black frame is thin and tasteful - less bulky than my other frames. I accidentally dropped a piece of the glass and it did not shatter. The frames come with hangers on the back but no nails. I used my 1.5" bendless nails (one per frame) to hang my them in the drywall. The frames are light enough that I didn't worry about finding a stud. I would definitely recommend these to my friends at school - adds a very nice touch to an apartment
