Turned into a brick
Had the laptop for 5 months and the wifi card failed. Dell recovered the laptop, replaced the wifi card and sent it back not working. Following week an engineer came to the house and replaced the Mother Board and wifi card, he left with the computer not working. Eventually we arranged a refund via Amazon

Poor quality control !!!
Was excited to get this however in less than 12 hours had to contact Amazon to return this machine as NO battery in it ( or not connected during manufacture) disappointed to say the least .

Advertised as 4ghz processor when it was actually only 2.3 false advertising?
