This sifter wiggles and shakes flour out at a surprising rate. I've had struggles with sifters for a long time and this was a last ditch try and I have to say that I was dellighted to see that I had finally found one that does what it's supposed to do. I always look forward to using it afer so long a time being frustrated by sifters that just didn't work for me. It's fun to use and easy to clean. Can't ask for more than that!

Great sifter. Been using my old hand operated one for decades. Used this one today for the first time. Works exactly as promised. Sifts very quickly & gives you a fine flour when you’re done. Easy to clean. LOVE IT❤️❤️. Would make a great gift for someone starting out.

This is a great product, however, I do wish that the sift was a bit smaller as small clumps did manage to get through.

I bought this because I had 140 cookies to make that were decorated with royal icing. I did not realize that powdered sugar was so thick that it requires you to sift small amounts at one time. I used this battery operated sifter, and it was so fast that it was like magic. So easy to use and clean. A time saver and a hand saver. I love it and highly recommend to everyone. Fast shipping service too.

The sifter does all the hard work for you. I love that you press the button and it sifts until you press the button again. It is large enough to sift several cups of flour at once. I truly think this is the best appliance I have bought in a while. The weight is not too heavy. It functions great. I anticipate the sifter to last for a long time. I think I got my money's worth. I would recommend.

Build quality is poor and it sifts incredibly slowly. I bought this item to sift whole wheat flour to remove larger pieces of bran. I have the grinder that attaches to the KitchenAid mixer, which really doesn't grind as fine as I'd like. I typically use a fine mesh sieve to remove the larger bran pieces to use in other recipes. Anyway, that method takes a while and is a messy process that I hoped to improve with this item. Total fail. Somehow, if I run it long enough for the finer flour to be sifted out, all the larger bran pieces also work their way through. I guess the mesh on my sieve is finer... ? They looked about the same size to me, and this item actually has a double mesh bottom so I'm baffled as to how this happens, but it's unusable for my purposes. I used it once to sift regular flour for biscuits, and it did that task fine, though slowly... I'm not sure how this is an improvement over a regular sifter. I think it you have arthritis in your hands or wrists it might be helpful. Otherwise I would pass on this item.

This battery-operated sifter is one of the best kitchen purchases I have ever made. It sifts powdered sugar perfectly--even the smallest clumps. It's also great for combining a mix of dry ingredients. All you need to do is put in the ingredients that you want to sift, and press the button. The sifter does the rest. No more shaking, turning handles, or ending up throwing away the clumps that are left behind in a traditional sifter.

Works great with powdered sugar, especially if using the name brand. I used to dread sifting powdered sugar, but it was necessary. With this sifter it's so much easier! Glad I bought it! Not so easy to clean, but still worth it IMO.

What drew me to this sifter is it's simplicity of use, and the fact it is powered by batteries. I mill my own flours for baking/cooking and made pancakes for our evening meal. The pancakes were so light and fluffy, and the fresh flour made the taste something to die for. Sifter takes time, but I enjoy it when I know what turns out is delicious. I am looking forward to making muffins, cookies and biscuits, and cakes. My husband was so impressed.
