Helpful but beware it's not a Medicine
I think the health benefits are helpful but it's not going to act like a medicine in which if your actively sick you will not be healed just by taking this. However I do believe it can help prevent illness in advance as my wife was really sick and I took the Echinacea the whole time and never ended up getting sick. Everyone else who was around us did. Pills are very small and easy to swallow and I'd say the overall quality is good

Worked for me
I see from many of the reviews that this seems to help the immune system. I believe that it does for me as well. From time to time, I used get flare ups of cellulitis and I am no fan of pumping my body full of antibiotics. I read on what I believe to be a reputable website (along the lines of WebMD or Mayo Clinic....may have even been one of these...I just don't remember as it's been a few years) that daily doses of Echinacea, Vitamin E and Vitamin C can help to remedy cellulitis. When it flared up for the third time about five years ago, I followed this advise and the cellulitis disappeared in about a day. I then had a an fourth flare up a couple of years back and did the same with the same good results. Since then, I take this as a daily regimen and have not had a flare up since.
