While this pillow was designed for mainly travel use, I have been using it nightly. I have purchased several different types of pillows and neck pillows to try to lessen the pain I have in my neck but this little thing seems to have done the trick!!!

Just the right size and the beads just kind of wrap around for comfort. I also like satin type material because it helps to keep your hair in back stay nice; In fact, I bought another one.

This pillow sucks! I'm in more pain now after sleeping with it for about 5 days. Ridiculous when it's supposed to help with neck pain.

I bought my old neck pillow years ago at an airport and it had a plush cover that was NOT washable. It was a curved C-shape design and very firm. I used it for a few years, but I've had my "grossed out moments" when I've dropped it and had to make the decision: "Well, this just fell on the airplane floor that never, ever gets cleaned. Um... 5 second rule??" EEK!It was time for a new pillow. One with a removable, WASHABLE cover. This pillow from Smileylife is super comfortable!Pros:1) The little "beads" inside the pillow form around your neck and provide good support.2) It's more comfortable than my harder foam type pillow.3) The blue cover can unzip and be removed and machine washed. (I've not washed it yet. I only used it for one car trip so far)4) Has a clasp/buckle so you can clip it through your backpack strap or onto your suitcase carry-on handle.5) Adjustable to make longer or shorter with strap to fit any neck sizes.6) Can unclip and lay the pillow out lengthwise, instead of a neck wrap style. I like that flexibility.Cons1) The inside bead pillow part is NOT washable. So, if something gets spilled on the pillow, be sure to remove cover quickly to wash.2) You could spot wash the inner pillow and just let it air dry. (see instructions below, some puzzling info on exposure to sunlight)3) Apparently the inner beads are highly flammable. Really? Maybe in the DESERT! LOL). Well, just be safe and watch out if you smoke and use this pillow. Try not to get too close to the campfire or fireplace while relaxing with your pillow. hahaOverall, I'm very happy with this new pillow. We had a 7 hour drive last weekend, so I feel like an expert on the comfort now. My husband prefers to do all the driving which is fine with me. I used my new pillow to take a nap and relax.After we got to the hotel, my 10 year old decided to take it over! He now keeps it on the couch and uses it to "chill" while he watches videos/TV.
