Which one can a debit card fit in

Yes, a debit card will just barely fit but it's tight.

Are these machine washable like lingerie bags?

The texture isn’t like any lingerie bag I have used- it is not as soft or flexible. The mesh seems to be plastic, with the top finished with what seems to be black twill tape & a plastic zipper & ring. I don’t think there would be any problem at all with hand washing it with a little dish or laundry soap. It looks like it would rinse out very easily & dry quickly just hanging or flat. I’m not sure it would hold up to very many machine cycles without becoming brittle.

Does the zipper get rusty when they get wet? I would be using them as a small laundry bag for shoe laces

I can’t say for sure as I haven’t used them in water, but they don’t have metal zippers so you should be ok. Seem to only have plastic parts.
