Excellent stuff! Incredible scent, like a cross between gardenia and plumeria. I love the Alba Botanica line, their lotions are always great for my skin. I appreciate their conscientiousness about keeping the chemicals clean. It's all chemicals, but some are good, some are not. Grateful they do their best to keep it clean and keep it nice.

Love this brand of lotion! I typically get the unscented, but I also like their original and coconut. The scents aren't overpowering imo. It hydrates and is great for the dryer winters. Doesn't leave a greasy feeling, and isn't filled with petroleum by products. Just real stuff. At $15 for a 32 fl.oz pump bottle, it's a good deal! **I included a picture of how Amazon packaged it (or possibly the distributor). They've done this the last few timesI ordered it, it seems like it cuts down on any issues with the bottle busting during transit.

This lotion is fantastic - I had some incredibly dry skin postpartum and used a bath and body works lotion I had on hand and not only did that not put a dent in my dry skin, my newborn had a complete freakout from what I suspect was the strong scent D: This lotion is amazing, it got rid of the lizard skin with the first use it's unscented so my baby didn't have a meltdown lol I feel moist but not sticky and gross round the clock with this stuff on. I even used it for a dry scaly patch on his forehead and again first application it fixed his skin too. 10/10

I’ve been using this lotion for years, going through a few bottles each year. I love the texture and the richness that doesn’t feel heavy. It definitely helps resolve dry skin. It absorbs very well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars now is because the fragrance seems to have been changing the past few times I’ve received it. It used to always have a light, sweet coconut fragrance. It seems the past few times the fragrance is different every time! This most recent bottle has an unpleasant plastic type smell. I’ve compared ingredients on old vs. new bottles (the same) and I made sure I’m buying from the company’s store front, so I’m not sure why the fragrance is so different but I definitely wish it would go back!

This has been my go to product for years. I like the ingredients, the performance, the scent, and it never irritates my sensitive skin. What I haven't liked over the years is that the pump works for 80% of the container and the remaining 20% I have had to throw out. I did mention this to the company and they were very appreciative. However with my next container, no matter what I did the last 20 or 25% stayed in the container. It seems that the pump action does not work for some reason. The straw is long enough to touch the bottom of the container. When I spoke with the representative she said that they don't recommend cutting the container open. I thought that was odd and probably in response to other people having raise that issue. I went ahead and got a widemouthed refillable pump bottle with a widemouth at the top. I was delighted to have three of the containers of the product all with about 25% of the product at the bottom. I carefully cut the containers open and went ahead and just spooned the product into the widemouthed jar. To the bottles filled the widemouthed jar and I just went ahead and screwed the top on and I have now another container of the product! Now that's how you pepper a steak! If you are a fan of the Alba body lotions I would suggest that you buy these bottles and make sure you are getting your full monies worth. The product is outstanding.

I've recently started trying to switch to more natural products but lotion hasn't been an option till now. From my experience natural body lotions are more liquid than solid and therefore hard to put on. This is not the case with the Alba Very Emollient. This lotion is thick and smells divine. I look forward to using it daily. I've never looked forward to using lotion. The consistency is thick and the smell is a mixture of floral and almond. It goes on easy and is not greasy at all. That's my complaint about many lotions. It's either easy on and doesn't work or it's too thick and greasy. This lotion is just right. I don't think I'll ever buy any other lotion. My skin is soft, no razor bumps, no dry elbows, no ashy skin, just soft and supple like lotion should be. This lotion also has AHA in it which is an anti aging skin smoothing product and so I tried this lotion on my face(I have dry skin) and it didn't break me out, or make me an oil slick. It was gentle enough for the face too! A surprising side effect. I don't know if this is normal but I use this after I shave. The hair is growing back slower and slower since I've started using it. It didn't say anything about this when I bought it. But no joke since I've been using this daily I only have to shave my legs once a week. Then it's barely stubble. I don't know if Alba meant for this product to do that but I love it. I've never loved a side effect before either lol

Great lotion. Very thick as it is made with shea butter with coconut oil and milk. Great moisturizer. Pleasant, natural fragrance.

Como varias de las reseñas mencionan, el olor sí no es tan agradable, pero con poquita crema tengo para que me deje la piel humectada. Aparte de que me la deja super suave. Si está un poco cara, pero me ha durado bastante. La volveré a comprar.

I am delighted to find this item again, as I had used it before. As I've aged, my skin has become so dry, flaky and soemtimes sore. Alba really does go into the skin to nourish it and keep it soft for longer than other moisturisers, some of which have a tendency to just sit on top of the skin. The fabulous 32oz bottle is very good value for money, and believe me I've tried a few. This is the best I've found.

Good body lotion. Smells a bit funny but you will get used to it.
