Just like Sugar, no weird feeling or taste!
I’ve been using this sugar substitute for a few months now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it, so it’s an easy five stars from me. I was looking for a natural, zero-calorie sweetener to cut back on sugar without sacrificing taste, and this one has been a fantastic find. It’s perfect for everything from my morning coffee to baking, and it’s become a staple in my kitchen. This sweetener comes in a generous 3-pound resealable bag, which is super convenient for keeping it fresh and easy to store. It’s made from monk fruit, so it’s plant-based and doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste I’ve noticed with some other sweeteners. The texture is granulated, just like regular sugar, so it measures and mixes beautifully in recipes. I love that it’s zero calories, which fits perfectly with my goal of keeping things light without feeling like I’m missing out. In my experience, this stuff is incredibly versatile. I’ve used it in my daily oatmeal, stirred it into tea, and even baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies with it. The cookies turned out soft and sweet, with no weird chemical flavor—my family didn’t even notice the swap. I also tried it in homemade lemonade, and it dissolved smoothly, giving just the right level of sweetness. It’s been reliable across the board, whether I’m sprinkling a bit into something or using a larger amount for baking. What I loved most is how it mimics sugar’s taste so closely. It’s sweet without being overpowering, and I haven’t noticed any bitterness, even when I use a little extra. The resealable bag is another big win—it’s sturdy and keeps the sweetener fresh, so I don’t have to worry about it clumping up over time. Plus, the large size means I’m not constantly restocking, which is a huge convenience. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the bag could use a better for precision, but honestly, I just scoop it out with a measuring spoon, so it’s not a big deal. Overall, this sugar substitute is perfect for anyone looking to cut calories without losing the joy of sweet flavors. I’d recommend it to home cooks, health-conscious folks, or anyone who wants a natural alternative to sugar. It’s been a fantastic addition to my pantry, and I’ll definitely keep using it!

Not as sweet
Not as sweet as other monk fruit I've tried making you use more. That affects the value in my mind. Probably won't buy again.

Good, but Not Sweet as Rated
I do like the taste of this product. However, I have to use TRIPLE the suggested amount. I added a dash more salt to enhance the sweetness. The makes ought to change their rating of sweetness. My tastes are normal, so I want to let others know the product is good, but way more expensive due to the need to use more.

Much better than I thought... Would buy again
I'm a Lakanto fan and I'll always purchase Lakanto Golden in the 3 pound bag but it's not cheap and I use it to replace sugar in almost everything so when I saw this I decided to give it a try. If you look at the nutrition facts, you can tell it has more ethyritol than Lakanto which I thought might be and issue but so far, no weird taste, just a clean sweet taste with none of the "cooling effect" that many say they experience when a monk fruit product has too much ethyritol. Before I purchased the 3 pound bag, I purchased the little canister for around 7 bucks just to see what it's like. Then I bought the 3 pound bag and I am able to stretch my Lankanto Golden monk fruit by mixing half of each into that little canister. It is fine by itself but even better mixed because you get a little of that brown sugar goodness from the Lankanto Golden. This is what I keep at my Keurig for hot beverages. Satisfied.

I can not say enough good things about this MONK FRUIT. It's a great alternative to sugar when baking. I bake alot and this is all I use to replace white sugar.

Best tasting of all sugar substitutes!
Best tasting of all sugar substitutes! Stevia sweetener is sweeter but has an aftertaste that doesn’t work for me in coffee but works well in other things like yogurt. Monk fruit works amazing in coffee expect to use one extra spoon full compared to sugar but it will taste almost identical to sugar. Monk fruit sugar substitute is expensive compared to sugar I keep it just for coffee and use stevia for the other stuff. Stevia must be a third of the price and is also very good but not in coffee.

Better Taste than Stevia
I wanted a natural low calorie sugar that didn't have a bitter after taste. This sweetener checks that box! It is pricey but it's the only one that I actually like!

Very close to natural sugar
I've used it in Baking and I found the taste to be very close to natural sugar. It is quite sweet and therefore I put less than the amount specified in the recipe. The end result was surprisingly very good. I am very satisfied with this product and will purchase it again.
