This knife is very sharp so be careful I cut my hand on the very first day of opening the package. it has nice heavy weight to it which is perfect for butchering meats it also has a string built it’s a lil small but if ur not into big knives this will be perfect.

Dude this knife rocks. Ive had mine for 6+ months! Stays sharp forever! Delicate enough to dice garlic and onions and meaty enough for meat. Buying one for a buddy right now

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I used mine more as a kitchen knife since the size just works for a big guy with big kind of clumsy hands like myself. Works just fine as a cleaver too, having cut up some roasts with it, too.

Almost didn't buy this because of the other reviews, and am now curious what the heck people were slamming it against to destroy them! This knife is not for bones, use a bone saw guys... If you need a large knife for cutting up some large slabs of de-boned meat, these are great knives! Have been using it as needed for the last couple months, zero issues.

Nice and "heavy" in the hand, extremely sharp (be careful!), husband loves it, I enjoyed the ease of cutting through meat.

I bought this to replace my old Cleaver. This Cleaver is so much nicer. It has a nice sharp Edge and the Cleaver has some weight to it. I'm sure it would easily cut through bone.

This is the knife I’ve been looking for. It cuts through anything with ease. I’m very careful that I don’t cut myself also.

Me encantó. Ya tengo más del mes con el. Y aún conserva su filo. Corta bastante bien, incluso huesos, aunque pesa un poco. Pero tiene buen agarre. Lo recomiendo mucho. Venía una nota de agradecimiento del vendedor. Fue un bonito detalle.
