This is the pain relief gel I rely on. I use it quite often at night on my arthritic knee to help me get to sleep and keep the aches at bay. I like the fact that it contains levomenthol which is very cooling and eases any discomfort when getting into bed. It has never irritated my skin, but I make sure that I don't use it constantly to reduce the risk of that happening. There is no smell with it either which is a bonus. The downside is that it leaves a film on your skin, so I wash it off the following morning. Otherwise it's great and the price on Amazon is very reasonable.

This product is helping me to manage pain after a total knee replacement and it does what it says on the tin. However, I have long term mobilty and invisible disabilities and Amazon couldn't be bothered to deliver it to my door. Despite clear instructions, they dumped all my parcels in the downstairs lobby, making it hard for me to collect them using my crutches. I recommend buying things from sellers who use Royal Mail to deliver their goods!
