A LIFE SAVER
I bought this in a 'panic' because we had a trip planned to Washington DC with our 2 young children, and the weather forecasts we showing triple digit temperatures.I have a Mia Moda Compagno (sit and stand style) stroller, with a large shade on the front seat, but no shade over the toddler seat at the back. This worked PERFECTLY to protect my son from the sun.It bends easily from one side to the other to block the sun as it moves.I find that clipping it on 'back to front' works best... in other words, the 'knob' that you tighten the clamp with, that would usually go on the outside of whatever you're clamping it too, I put it on so that the knob was on the inside of the stroller... this allows the shade to lean further over the stroller than if you clamp it the other way around. (if that makes any sense. lol)It folds up very easily, and comes with a handy little carry bag that is compact and great for storing it in when not in use.I found the clamp to be sufficiently sturdy, and able to tighten and loosen again with ease.My only complaint about this umbrella is the price... It's a great little umbrella that serves the purpose its supposed too, but I feel that it could easily be $10 cheaper.

Best parasol you can find
Buying a parasol for a stroller is not an easy task. Most have mixed reviews (yep - I read them all) and since our stroller is not a known brand (it was purchased in Brazil) we were stuck with the ones that said "universal". To make matters worse I don't know exactly why but the pictures don't usually show the attachment piece very well, making it even harder to see if the thing will fit your stroller.I ordered the "Shadybaby" one and seriously, don't waste your time. That thing is crap. It looks flimsy, the attachment piece is of such poor quality that it broke when I was attaching it for the first time to the stroller. I didn't even leave home! We returned it, and it motivated me to write a review - the first one of my life - to make sure such a horrible product don't go unnoticed. But I digress - this review is about the lovely Inglesina parasol. Amazing parasol. It looks way nicer than the "Shadybaby" one. It is sturdier, the attachment piece fits perfectly and actually stays in place. It's shorter than the Shadybaby, which makes for better sun protection - the other one is 4 feet tall - what is the purpose? It has a movable coil-like part that makes for adjustment in every direction possible and the two-layered umbrella kind of diffuses the wind so it's not easily blown away. It comes with a nice package, which can hold the removable umbrella part. You can totally see why Italian design is so well regarded. It does not even compare to the other one and the price difference is about $5.00. Case closed.

Nice looking, has options but....
As the popular reason: wanted extra shade for child while in Orlando parks. Was hopeing to use this on the Baby Trend Sit n Stand. Specifically for the child who is using the sit n stand part. Didn't pay much attention to the deminsions so was a bit surprised by the smallness of the umbrella but it was very nice looking and appeared of high quality. Took it outside to attach to stroller. Well, not thrilled with the results. The clip thing, clamp, that you tighten to attach to wherever it is you want it is just plastic...but the problem I had is your using a plastic clamp on a metal stroller bar. It slips and slides unless it is tightened SO MUCH I fear the plastic will crack. If the clamp was lined with say rubber that would certainly assist in not having to tighten it SO MUCH that it seems that plastic will break. And even once it is tighten to the max it can still slip a bit. Other thing that didnt work for me is, at least on this stroller, it can only go on one side or another. It can't tighten to the tray or handle because it doesn't open enough and whatever it tightens to pretty much has to be round. So, when your walking, well anywhere, unless you are going in a straight line or the sun is directly overhead, you have to keep moving it from left side to right side to keep the sun off child. Probably not this umbrellas fault so much as there is nothing rounded and thin enough on this stroller to attach it centered. Although I held it centered and it still had to be shifted often. But it does have the ability to move the umbrella side to side with the push of a button (main reason I chose this one)...but still that only helps so much because if you change directions it still needs to be completely moved.I decided to try it on our travel system stroller, a Graco Metro Lite. It could not be used on this stroller at all. There was absolutlely no where it could clamp onto. The tray is squared and thick, the handle is round but cushioned so thick, the sides of the stroller 1) have padding and so to thick and 2) are to low of an area because the umbrella height is short really so even if it would attach it would practically sit on the toddlers head! So! We haven't gone yet on the vacation and it is still sitting on the counter waiting for me to decide its fate. Good Luck! It's kind of one of those items you have to buy, receive, try on your particular stroller before you can really know.

broke too fast
I ordered the Inglesina umbrella twice for y daughter's stroller. When the first one arrived I loved the red color, the quality of fabric, its design and size. However, my excitement didn't last long because the umbrella was broken. The metal part which connects it with the plastic clip and is wrapped with a spring for flexibility apparently snapped way before it was sent to us. At first look I didn't see it because the spring covers it but as soon as I mounted it on a stroller it wobbled and didn't stay in a desired position. I returned it.Then I ordered another one in dark blue (red wasn't available). It arrived untouched and new and I was happy to use it for 6 weeks (not every day obviously) until it broke in exactly the same spot as the other one.I'm so disappointed with the quality of the product especially that there aren't too many stroller umbrellas to chose from. It didn't even last one season.

Very Small
I thought this was going to be something I could use with a stroller but it is very small and not very functional. It was good quality, easy to hook on and looked nice. It was just way to small.
