Moukey Wireless Microphone, Dual Handheld Dynamic Karaoke Microphone, Superior Sound, Anti-Interference, 295ft Range, UHF Mics for Karaoke/Voice Amplifier/PA System/DJ/Church/Party/Meeting/Wedding

The media could not be loaded.  We were in need of a wireless microphone system, for some ministerial work; no singing or performing necessarily, but use for off-site sermons, question and answers sessions, and the like. We really needed something simple, as the kids would say “plug and play.” We purchased this Moukey wireless UHF band system, which comes with the receiver box, and TWO wireless microphones. Based on the operating manual, it looks like you can also get this system with a body pack lapel microphone, but I did not see that option, but I might look into it, if I can use the same receiver box; I think I can. Anyways, the system arrived on time and without any damage. This system came with the receiver box, two microphones, a DC power adapter, a chord, and an aux adapter. The set up is really a breeze, you just plug it into a speaker or amplifier, and it is ready for use. This system states that it works to 295 feet, but I did not test this distance, but the system worked efficiently and clearly at approximately 125 feet. Each microphone has its own volume control on the receiver box, and each microphone takes two AA batteries. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase. My only complaint is that holding the microphone in the appropriate place, with movement picks up ambient sound; however, the microphones are sensitive, so I cannot really complain. However, stationary or on a stand the system works flawlessly. While we are using this for speaking engagements, I did let my grandson use this to play with his guitar, and he made a little video, and I also provided some pictures. I am giving this 5 Stars, for sound and ease of use.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this unit. I own several other Moukey products so I was optimistic. These are even better than I had expected. There are several small details that make these mics quite wonderful. They are well packaged in a foam liner which, unless you are investing in a hardshell case for them, works very nicely and keeps them from moving around inside the box. The halo around the element/cover is octagonal ! Man, I love this !! You can sit the mic down on a flat surface and it doesn't roll away. The on/off switch for each mic is a small red button on the bottom of each unit which needs to be held down for 2 seconds to turn the mic on or off. It is located so that it would be very difficult to turn the mic off during a performance. The screen on each mic tells you which frequency is being used. The body of the mic, itself, is a bit large but not uncomfortable to hold. The receiver has individual volume controls for each mic and also indicates what frequency they are using. The power supply for the receiver is your basic "wall wart" plug. There is also included in the box a 3-foot instrument cable to connect the receiver to an amp or PA system, and a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter (stereo) for connecting to computers. The receiver also has individual outputs (balanced) for each channel to send the signal of each individual mic to a different location. As far as the range, I haven't tested the claim that it reaches over 280 feet. Quite honestly, I haven't needed to walk that far from the receiver. I will be using these mic in November, when I host a roast/birthday party for the owner/promoter of Super Star Wrestling. I think these will be perfect so that the host and then each roaster can have their own mic. Overall, this product gets a huge thumbs-up from me !!

I was trying to figure out how to rig up a microphone without spending a fortune. I didn't want to buy a karaoke machine and wanted to try to utilize some of the extra amps that I have. After digging around a bit on the 'net, I decided on this set. I am, by no means, a sound engineer and I know very little about mics and P.A. systems. I was just looking for something to goof around with my family while playing music.Now, what I really like about this setup is that it uses a 1/4 inch jack. This is the same as guitars and electric drum kits which works out well for my use. It also comes with a 1/4" to 1/8" (normal headphone size) adapter which allows you to plug it into the Aux-in on amps and stereos. This makes the system super versatile. I can plug it into my large amplifiers or my small Bluetooth speakers (via aux-in mode, not Bluetooth).The dual volume is also a necessary feature for us. Since we are dealing with boys aged 3-8, we need the ability to control each mic's volume separately. As you can imagine, the 3-year-old's "singing" volume is very different from the 8-year-old's.The sound from both mics is very clear and amplifies nicely. I can turn the volume way up, enough to be heard in an outdoor environment, and I haven't noticed any clipping or distortion. I have not tried out the 295 foot range but it works perfectly across my entire house...I'm torn on the fact that the hand-held units use AA batteries. On one hand, I don't have to worry about whether or not they got charged. On the other, I don't like using up disposable batteries (I have given up on AA size rechargeable batteries). Not a big deal, but something to know...Another neat touch is the packaging. I also plan to use this at work when I have large outdoor field trips come through and need to speak through an amplifier. It is nice that the packaging is compact enough to store and transport the entire system in.Overall, I'm very happy with this set of microphones. If you're looking for a simple and inexpensive wireless mic kit, this is a good one to go with.

This mic set is great! Beginner, expert whichever I think you'll enjoy it. Used for karaoke at my house and a great value from the build and sound it give off.

These are great mics I love them, no static no feed back sound is amazing! Great purchase!

I like this MouKey wireless mic MwmU-5 Model. It is super easy to setup just as they described "plug and play". The only thing I had to do is to plug in the power adaptor, connect the 1/4 inch cable from the receiver to my mixer put 4 AA batteries into the 2 wireless handheld units, turn on the receiver and then the 2 mics. No need to do any pairing as they are already paired at the factory. Both the receiver and the wireless handheld mics showed the respective frequency of each mic.There are 2 sets of LED lights on each side of the receiver, one set is for mic 1 and the other is for mic 2. The green RF light lighted up as soon as I turned on the mics, The amber AF light only flashes when I talked or sang into the mics.The sound is very clear and warm and very sensitive, I am very impressed with the sound level and the sound quality of this wireless set. It truly reflects my voice! There was no other unexpected noise or wireless interference. The wireless handheld units have very good hand feel, it is well balanced both with and without the batteries. The octagonal diamond shape of the mic steel capsule edge is so stable and even when I tried to roll the mic, it just wouldn't roll.The reception was very strong, I setup the unit in the basement and I walked up to the 2nd floor and into all the rooms and I could still hear my voice from the speakers down in the basement.I tried using both AA alkaline batteries and AA rechargeable batteries and I did not notice any difference in sound volume or sound quality. That means I could save $$ on batteries.Now I just need to get myself the MouKey universal mic holder medium or large size for these 2 mics as the MouKey normal size can only fit the mics close to the narrow end as you can see from the picture.It is definitely a good value for your money!

This microphone is awesome. We loved it. We love karaoke and our old microphones (with wires) are always broken. This one is so good. Sound is perfect, easy to use and so light weight. We uses a rechargeable battery and battery life is long. I would recommend it. Plus it’s value for money. And worth it.

Vert impressed with this product. Haven't had any issues, except next time I would get rechargeable ones. I would also buy a slip cover. I'm still waiting for my speakers I ordered.
