Q: Is there a reusable pod for the Nespresso Vertuo Next line?

Short answer, no. Not in their current form. Long answer, more trouble than it’s worth. The amount of time you save by just buying the pods is worth the extra cost. No leaky incidents where the espresso comes out inside the machine instead of the spout. No foil, no silicone tops with filters, no tamp, no special cup to hold the round bottom pods while you refill. No 30 to 60 minute commitment to weekly refilling and recondition used pods. Buying the Next comes with a commitment to purchasing the pods, IMO.

Q: Can I use refillable pods with this machine?

There is a stainless steel refillable pod. I did try it and it was quite a mess to do and did not work like it should have. not worth using I returned it. If you think about it most of the pods are only about $1 each for a awesome frothy cup of coffee!

Q: Is there a difference beteween the Delonghi and the Breville versions? Is one better?

I have one of each at different locations. The Breville was first - it is great, but larger in size than the newer compact Delonghi model. No preference as to quality of the coffee produced as it is same great experience. Your pick - I'd go by price.
