I like the stretch bands to excerises, I did have trouble keeping the holder of the bands on the door.Thank you.

Just what I needed to exercise my arms

Wow, you get a lot for your money with these. I love them, especially the part that goes over (or under) the door. In the past, I've had door attachments that fell as soon as I opened the door. This one stays on top of the door even if you open it, which is very useful to me. The bands are high-quality.

These resistance bands work really well for beginners. Due to COVID, we've made ourselves a gym in the basement. Since it's easy and convenient one of my sons has decided to start working out. I'm thrilled, but we ran into a problem with weights, because all we have are heavier and geared more for much heavier weightlifting. We didn't have any of the smaller dumbbells that he'd need to get started. I priced out dumbbells and it ended up being much more economical to purchase these resistance bands. With these he can start out with the 10 lb band and work all of the way up to 100 lbs. I like that it comes with both handles and ankle straps. Those accessories give him the versatility to do different exercises, so he's able to get a full body workout with just these bands. They seem to be very durable and made well. It comes with a handy storage bag, which makes it easy to keep everything picked up and together. Right now, we have the bands attached to the power rack, but it comes with a door anchor that he'll be able to use in his dorm room next year. These are superior quality bands that I'd highly recommend, especially for a beginner.

THIS IS SO EASY TO USE AND I GET A PRETTY GOOD WORK OUT WITH IT. BESIDE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE.

Just hurt myself using these as the velcro is flimsy and released whacking me in the back. Buy a better quality one that this.

Door unit is awful!!! Cheap and flimsy.. the bands are very good though.

After 35 days..It was just days after my return date expired..The 30 lb black band broke..I was angry , disappointed and it is an understatement to say I did not get my monies worth..I hope they would read this and send me a replacement
