Love the packaging, love the colors and the purple case. Great customer service!!! I had an issue on the first set I received they were a bit dried out and didn't work very well on some of the pens. I contacted the company and they sent me an entire new set. They called and emailed me. I'm very impressed with the customer service. I would have give 5 stars if the first set was good but the 2nd set is lovely and I would highly recommend the pens.

I took a few days to use these pens before reviewing because I wanted a chance to try them in a couple different situations. They are fantastic. The explanation of Gel pens is so well written and so important. Gel pens are *not* like other pens, it's true and it's important to know how to use them and what you can expect from them. Also, the "Welcome"/"Introduction" card is written so well and in a personable way. You feel like you got a note from a friend, like they were a gift from a friend. The packaging is perfect. The included canvas pen bag is SO smart. I think the inclusion of that makes these pens an EXCELLENT value. It also makes the pens so versatile for all types of users and users needs. The colors of the pens are so impressive and comprehensive. And the colors of the caps and the ink you can see inside is very true to what comes out. These pens are also a great deal because of the number of pens. There are so many pens, the per pen cost is very low for a high-quality pen. The fine-tip black and blue pens may be my favorite. OH my word. For all the forms and tests in the world that say you can only use the black or blue ink, this will make those forms less annoying. :) The ink and tip and the ease in which those two pens write make them a very good option for the professional, let alone an artist. I love pens. Always have. I have a habit of hiding awesome pens from my children because I like them so much. Don't judge. Great pens can bring a little fun into the mundane. I have hidden these pens and I don't feel bad one bit. :) Buy and enjoy!

Love the box they come in and will most likely keep them in there rather than use the pouch they come with since it seems a bit on the smaller side for 36 pens. The pens themselves are OK for the most part. I've noticed some colors come out more smoothly than others. Some are a bit scratchy and tend to leave gaps in the lines. But overall decent pens for the price.

I have 5 kids and a wife who love to write and draw.We sat around the table and tested these pens. You can see a few of the tests in the included pictures.The colors are amazing and really stand out. These gel pens deliver a generous amount of ink and yet somehow are able to write clearly without glopping or skipping. One pen skipped on the second word written, but then the ink began to flow smoothly and we didn't see that happen again. Give these pens a few strokes to warm up and then they are excellent for art or writing.The box they are delivered in has a smooth and high quality feel.There is a high quality, cloth 3-ring binder bag included. We will be keeping all of the pens in the box at home, but the kids fought over who got the bag. It's not one of those cheap plastic ones. Very nice.The instruction card is informative and funny. One of my kids read it out loud to the group and we were all laughing.My oldest daughter said, "I used to be into gel pens, but I haven't been for a few years. These pens are bringing that old feeling back!"My kids are artists and I love what they produce. This will be an excellent addition to our collective supplies.Will probably order another box. :)

I paid full price for these Smoov Gel Pens. The colors within this set are all different, no repeats. These are great pens for adult colorists, regardless of skill level. They dry quick enough to avoid smudging, but dry slow enough to blend & highlight/shade. (Add a layer of colored pencil to reduce bleed-thru). The colors are beautiful, vibrant & all of them lay down great color. Not a "bad" pen in the set! You won't regret buying these gel pens! They come packaged beautifully, making them a great gift for a lucky colorist friend or family, or for yourself! The pouch is well made & doesn't have the appearance of being a "freebie". It's roomy, making it great to use when traveling with your pens, or for storage at home. (I'll be storing these in my drawers, tho. These pens look to good to hide away in a pouch!) The pouch has two compartments to sort pens in & grommets to add the pouch to a binder! Go ahead, buy these. You deserve them! I'll be buying these over, & over again, for years & highly recommend them to anyone! They're really very nice pens for colorful writing, as well. The comfort grips make it easy to write for hours! Treat yourself to these gel pens. They're affordable, comfortable, quality pens & you deserve them!!

These are really nice gel pens--a bit more expensive than your run-of-the-mill pens, but also a better quality than your run-of-the-mill pens. They come in a lovely sturdy box with 2 layers of different colors--from sparkly to milky, to neon, to basic. Some are even fine-tipped. They color smoothly I've not had problems with them bleeding. Even with the thin pages of a Bible, they don't actually bleed through, but they DO show through from the back side, so I probably wouldn't use them in a Bible without a clear coat of gesso. But they work great for coloring, esp. in books with nice coloring paper. I wouldn't suggest purchasing these for kids unless they are very careful with them, due to the higher cost, but if you're looking for a nice set of gel pens that are a step above the rest and also donate to charity causes like Autism and rescuing children from sex trafficking, then this is a wonderful option for you.[...] It is also a private, U.S. based, family operation. I also received a nice zipper pouch to take the pens "on the go". I love these!
