Great tool for organizing meal time!
Super sturdy and such a great idea! There are quite a few different cards and snacks to choose from. Haven't quite been able to implement the regimented food/snack schedule, but once I finally have the energy to make my kids obey me like the minions they are, I now have an excellent tool!

Collateral Benefits Too
I recommend this product for everyone. My children are grown, but when my neices and nephews come over, they can't wait to pick out their snack to make. The recipes are diverse so I always have something on hand that can be made. It's become a treasure hunt for the kids and they're learning life-long good eating habits. It's also a reminder for me; I see the clock on my wall every time I go to the fridge, it prompts me to eat healthy! I'll be ready for the grandchildren:)

Should healthy snacking be fun? Yup
The snack time survival kit making snacking fun and healthy, I tried it and within a very short period of time the whole family was loving it.Basically the system allows you to select the food that you want to have with the kids and then set the snack time. As a result, snacking is healthy and more controlled. It also really helps when it comes to shopping for snacks, because you know what to buy.Great product.

This is a genius product!
This should be in every household across America. I can see a big difference in my 4-yr. old already, and we've been using it for just a month. My son went from about 5 snacks a day to 3 much healthier snacks that he picks each morning and takes control over throughout the day. This is the best approach I've ever seen to teaching kids healthy eating habits.
