Great for making Keto Bread in Bread Maker
I ordered the product to make Keto Bread in Bread Maker did find one store close by but was very expensive for a very small bag. It is the best Keto Bread I have made so far and the family (Older daughter and husband) love it. Taste's just like regular bread (Artisian).

Perfect ingredient for your keto baking
I’m on keto and it’s hard to buy breads that taste good. This flour helps with making the perfect tasting keto bread. Great value for the price.

As good as others I have tried
It is no different than the other brands I have bought in the past and about the same price, can’t fault it for anything. But it took a really long time to arrive and kept getting delayed but that is in Amazon as it apparently shipped from a different warehouse!

Great Product
Great product. Works just as well as its more expensive counterparts. As with all vital wheat gluten A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. If you're using this to make seitan/meat substitutes remember that. I have a heavy hand when pouring. Seriously, a 1/4 cup will yield a lot. This stuff quadruples in size when it's being boiled.

Gluten or Glufive
Tried this brand after reading all the good comments. To my great surprise, the bread won't raise more than halfway since I use this brand.I guess it was a "vital wheat glufive".Don't think I'll try again.
