Installation was surprisingly straightforward—I fully expected a mini flood, a frantic Google search, and possibly a call to a plumber, but nope! Everything fit perfectly, no leaks, no drama. The chrome finish is so shiny I can practically see my reflection while brushing my teeth (bonus: I now make awkward eye contact with myself every morning). The water flow? Smooth. The handles? Excellent tap, pure quality

Very smart tap, it looks good and works well. I got a plumber to fit it so I don’t know how easy it would be to fit it but the plumber only took 15 minutes.

Not sure why but this really reduces the power of the water Compared to the other taps/showers in the house.

Good quality basin tap. The instructions made no sense but with a quick search on YouTube and some basic level of DIY, you can get this fitted by yourself. Tips 1. You don't need tools to screw the flexi pipe into the tap, it's advise to do it by hand. 2. The flexi pipe is a 10mm female not the British standard half an inch (15mm), if your water outlet is bigger than this, you'll need to buy a replacement which i did from Amazon for less than a tenner.
