Awful customer service
Car is awesome! Whoever designed it and makes it does a standup job, but the customer service as far as returns literally refused for a year to do anything about the first car we purchased needing replaced due to a faulty battery - absolute nightmare, probably a day total put into calling, emailing, taking the car apart as instructed, setting the car out when no was sent to pick it up - nightmare, terrible con artistry as far as offering a warranty

Great purchase!!!
This car was a great gift for my sons birthday! It was easy to assemble (the seller has a great detailed video on YouTube) and we have no problem at all with the battery!!! My son loves it and that’s all what matters

Worst purchase ever
This product was recieved defective missing parts an unable to start… I recieved a refund but my nephews disappointment was freaking hell!!!!!!! Quality was cheap and it didn’t work and was missing part…. Never again

Try to assemble before the day of, if giving as a gift
This product is awesome and the body of the car is clean and the wheels are clean and arrived with no cosmetic cracks or crazy scratches. My only complaint is that they put the hard ware preloaded onto the axles for the wheels of the vehicle and one of the hex nuts that holds the wheels in place fell off before they wrapped the vehicle up for shipping, my little man is excited and over the moon to try his new ride however he’s still waiting on his dad to find a half inch hex nut to keep the last wheel locked in. For 200+ dollars you would think they send a little extra hardware in a bag for those just in case moments , after I find and purchase the last hex nut I will try out the battery and remote and follow up with review. Directions for installation not incredibly clear either , but the Lamborghini body is cool and kids happy … off to find my one hex nut

It's a great looking car with good features
The only complaint I realy have is the remote doesn't work for the car and the first car I redirected didn't work at all but they replaced it before I ever sent it back so the customer service through Amazon is great but the company itself doesn't contact you back is been 2 months still waiting on the sort guy to call me back
