However, every 3+ hours the wan connections are dropped and for a few minutes there is no internet until the connection is re-established. One of the WAN is a business class ethernet and the other one is a DSL. Both WANs shows as connected at respective gateways, when this UTT router shows no internet connection. Apart from that, there is very minimal documentation for any configuration. I cannot get DDNS to work. Every time I attempt to connect to VPN, the router resets. Before buying this router, I used a Zyxel USG20VPN, which worked perfectly, but did not have dual WAN load balancing. Since I am using this router for a business, the amount of interruptions each day is not worth it. Going back to Zyxel. Review: Like the product. It works great. - Had a question about the device and a day later I got an email that didn’t come close to answering my question. I did some research and found the answer myself. ## Features - 4 10/100/1000M LAN ports, 4 10/100M/1000M WAN ports ,auto MDI/MDIX, Auto-Negotiation - VPN tunnels are restricted to 50, up to 30 concurrent tunnels - Product Positioning-medium and large-sized Internet cafés, enterprises broadband communities and schools which require multiple connections - Support load balancing/failover and real-time backup - Qcommon features such as NAT, firewall, bandwidth management, IP/MAC binding and access control ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00O1WRPRE | | Brand | UTT | | Built-In Media | User Guide, Warrany card | | Color | black | | Compatible Devices | Personal Computer | | Customer Reviews | 2.3 out of 5 stars 14 Reviews | | Data Transfer Rate | 1 Gigabits Per Second | | Included Components | User Guide, Warrany card | | Item Weight | 7.4 Pounds | | Manufacturer | UTT Technologies Co., Ltd. | | Mfr Part Number | ER4240G | | Model Number | ER4240G | | Number of Ports | 8 | | Warranty Description | 2 years warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** UTT - **Number of Ports:** 8 - **Included Components:** User Guide, Warrany card - **Color:** black - **Compatible Devices:** Personal Computer ## Images ![UTT ER4240G Business Gigabit Router 4 WAN Ports, 4 LAN Ports, Load Balance/Failover, NAT,IPSec/PPTP VPN,Firewall - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61i0NS4jSWL.jpg) ![UTT ER4240G Business Gigabit Router 4 WAN Ports, 4 LAN Ports, Load Balance/Failover, NAT,IPSec/PPTP VPN,Firewall - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61h--Hc7JNL.jpg) ![UTT ER4240G Business Gigabit Router 4 WAN Ports, 4 LAN Ports, Load Balance/Failover, NAT,IPSec/PPTP VPN,Firewall - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61GrIAB6YOL.jpg) ![UTT ER4240G Business Gigabit Router 4 WAN Ports, 4 LAN Ports, Load Balance/Failover, NAT,IPSec/PPTP VPN,Firewall - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31m0-9wdFfL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: I need to connect over 500 devices.
