The best whey protein i have ever had. each serving includes 5.5 grams of BCAA and 4 grams of Glutamine which is very useful. Mixes completely in water in seconds. Mixes completely in milk in less than a minute. I have the Stawberry flavor. The taste is great and not overwhelming. I add Hybrib Carb Complex powder (waximaze carb). I also add flaxseed mill (for fiber). I think the price/quality ratio is spot on for this product. I take a serving of this product with Hybrid Carb Complex in milk every morning. A serving with water midday (2 hours after lunch). Two thirds-serving with Hybrid Carb Complex pre-workout and two-thirds serving with added Glutamine post-workout. My energy level is high. No side effects that I can detect. My bodyfat is steadily decreasing as measured on my scale and via more visual muscle cuts through under the skin. I chose Hybrid Carb Complex because I do not desire to gain weight. I have actually lost a couple of pounds from 208 to 206 (I'm 6'2). I prefer to weigh 198 - 200lbs to drop all remaining vanity fat from my waist area. People who take a lot of powdered drinks need to find ways to maintain or increase their fiber intake. Fiber One cereal, Oat Bran (hot) cereal, sweet potatoes, fruit, and flaxseed are some ways to maintain your fiber intake. Honey and cinnamon goes well with many fiber sources. If you are looking for perfection you will NEVER find it. Based on that simple reality I gave this product a five star rating. I accept the artificial sweetener under my "nothing will ever be perfect" rule. I have read the labels of proteins others recommend with "natural sweetener". Everything else besides that one "advantage" pales in comparison to this product. I am certain my body will survive the sweetener used in this product. The fat loss benefits and lean muscle gain far outweigh the trace amount of artificial sweetener contained in each serving.

I've used this Whey for years, on and off over the past decade. And WOW they have stepped it up. I remember first taking this and it was difficult to mix and the flavor was mediocre at best. BUT NOW, I am absolutely blown away how good this stuff tastes. I realized that I've been taking it throughout the year (2022) and it usually lasts me 2-3 months and I'd be taking it with my morning shake after workouts 4-5 times a week. I was worried that maybe I just got lucky with a flavor, I was doing a unflavored one first, then did vanilla, then I went out on a limb and tried strawberry and was worried. Wow, best decision ever. I love this product and will always be a customer.

I work out and I’m on a GLP-1 medication, so I pay attention to getting enough protein. Honestly, the taste is what makes this one such a good find for me. The strawberry flavour is lovely — I actually look forward to having my shake! Makes keeping up with my protein a lot more enjoyable. Would happily buy this flavour again.
