However, the front label is a bit misleading since it highlights “Vitamin C” in big letters, while the fact that it’s mostly amla powder is written in small print. The actual Vitamin C content is not 100% of the RDA, so it’s not a complete supplement. Overall, it’s decent for mild daily use but not as strong as it appears.
