These are amazing! Had my kiddos immediately running to grab their toothbrushes and brushing until the purple was gone! They do stain tongues/lips a little purple, but it came off after a few hours of drinking water.

Does what it says it's supposed to - you chew a tablet, pink stains the plaque on your teeth, which gets removed as you brush properly. My autistic kids refuse to use it because they can't handle the flavor. The toothbrush gets pink as well, which gets washed away when you wash your brush properly. (Which should be looked at as a feature, as the people who need help learning to brush their teeth probably need help to learn to clean their toothbrushes as well!)

My son used this for the first time. The taste is nasty. I had him brush his teeth first. Then he ate the tablet. His mouth was colored red. He had to brush throughly to get all the red out. I recommend to have your child chew the tablet first then brush. This will save time and ensure his/her teeth are brushed correctly. If you allow the waste to sit in your sink it will stain. So get you bleach spray and clean the sink area after using this product.

This did disclose the plaque but it tasted horrible and also dyed the tongue pink. The teeth could be cleaned off with toothbrush and toothpaste as expected but the tongue was pink even in the morning. The aftertaste was horrible and lasted a long while. I spit mine out after getting it all round my teeth (before the nasty taste set in), but my 7 year old only got it on one side of his mouth and then swallowed a lot of it. The next day at school he had diarrhea that was reddish color. There was no reason for this to happen except he swallowed the tab (it says not to, but it is for kids and they can not follow directions. The KID was so UPSET about this he went to the school nurse because he tough it was BLOOD! it was not blood just dyed reddish - but for goodness sake we just wanted to help the kid learn how and why to brush properly not have an anxiety attack the next day. Not to mention I had to discus poop with the school nurse at work.

I suppose, that we all were expecting these to taste a smidge better. They’re also very stain-y, which is the point. But i guess I didn’t realize it would stain my tongue too, took lots of scrubbing. They do the job, nothing terribly wrong with them, just not the first choice for us.

My kids love the flavor and they help them with brushing those hidden spots
