How does the base attach to floor and is that the only part bolted down?

Hi thank you for your question. Yes, the base is fixed on the floor with bolts, which is the only part bolted down. Very firm. The fixing bolts are included in the packing list. Looking forward to your order！

push paddle is actually a pull do we have valve backwards? we tried both ways seems to be a pull instead of push

Hi friend! Thank you for your question. Based on your description, we believe that because the product is brand new, the connection at the ball valve may be too tight. Please remove the push plate first, use a wrench to adjust 90 ° clockwise to make the valve loose , and then install the push plate for normal use. Attached is an operation video for your reference. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again. Have a nice day!
