Good replacement
Time will tell about quality but it was a 1 to 1 replacement for a lock that quit working. Easy install and works as needed.

Bought this in 2014 and still can't find anyone willing to install as it came with no instructions and the receiver plate is bi level which requires chiseling out a substantial amount of wood on the door jam wood. Can't find instructions online either this I'm without an extra amount of security I intended for front door for two years now. I do not recommend this product

Wrong!!
Ordered this latch expecting it to have both the angled & flat strike plate as mentioned in the description. Well, the item number is a match but only the angled strike is included with the package. Very disappointed.
