It's hard to rate, as it's difficult to know if it is helping health. It is however as it says on Amazon and did not cause any ill effects I will buy again.

Its a good product just a shame its so expensive and it lasts about 3 weeks based on one table spoon a day

Steer well clear
Awful product, overly priced, poorly articulated... Extremely lumpy (not blended properly) with a distinct metallic taste ... total waste of money seeing as you can buy the raw product for half the price (which ultimately, my mistake... thought I was getting) don’t waste your time or money!
