I'm very happy with this hook. It really is silent. I bought a Yellow Leaf hammock chair and hung it with this from my back patio. It is amazing.

The media could not be loaded. I used this hardware to hang an acrobatics swing from the ceiling of my basement. The hardware is really solid and allows the swing to spin while swinging freely in any direction (front to back with the main pivot joint and right to left with the secondary pivot joint covered in the black nut that I attached the carabiner to). I sprayed it with some white lightning and it’s silent.

Very sturdy and no squeaking. This holds a 30+lb wicker hammock chair and one adult with no fear of falling. Also used for a yoga hammock, and no worries there either. I actually ended up buying more through the year.

Bought those to replace the hanger that came with a sensory swing we got for our kids. Out of the box it was already much quieter, but once we did a puff of graphite it was completely silent.
