Q: My left earbud not working?

Try whipping the Bluetooth memory on your device and on the earbuds. This worked for me

Q: good day, on the desription "Accessories may not be original" what accesories are not original?

If I had to guess it would be the eartips and charging cable. Or maybe just the eartips because earwax.

Q: Has anyone had issues with call quality? 50% of the time I sound very quiet to the other person on the call.

I had a little bit of issues of the product. But I had to play around with it. Good sound and excellent with call and music. Sound really good. 😃 I will buy a pair for my son. For phone calls, just apply the settings of what ear you want to listen on.
