I bought this to wear under a skirt (as a petticoat) to add some color and interest but you could definitely wear this as a skirt alone! I sized up for extra length and a looser waist band and I am glad I did! I’m 5’4” 127 lbs for reference and got the large/xlarge. It is not very poofy so you could wear this without feeling like you are in a costume. The color I purchased is as expected. Would buy again!

fit and length were good. did not care for material, was wanting like a mesh material. material was soft and comfortable , if you like this kind.

I purchased this to wear to an 80's dance party. It was cute, comfortable, and completed the look. Unfortunately, the lining ripped bottom to top. Fortunately, I was wearing leggings underneath, so I wasn't "exposed" via the see-through mesh the rest of the evening.
