Genestra Brands HMF Super Powder | Probiotic Formula to Support Healthy Gut Flora | 4.2 Ounces

I started using HMF super powder about 6 months a go when a naturopathy Dr. recommended it to me. After being scheduled for surgery for Diverticulosis, I decided too get a second and third opinion before surgery. The third opinion was from a naturopathy DR. After a complete examine he recommended that I start taking this Probiotic HMF that it was and is the most purest probiotic on the market. I take 1/4 tsp. once a day 7days a week. And sense may I have not had another Diverticulitis attack and I did not go through with my surgery and I'm glad I did not. I feel great and have had no more problems please keep your finger crossed I do not. this is great stuff and it is good for you other then diverticulitis, I hope this helps.Jeff

I tried this based on the recommendation from a work colleague. I am a nurse practitioner. I have a healthy gut most of the time, but I was feeling very bloated and full for about 3 weeks. I have taken this probiotic for only 1 week but I feel that it has helped rid me of bloating; my digestion seems better and my stomach is flat again. Very happy so far! I had some concern that the product was shipped via regular mail without any cold packs or ice but so far it seems to be working well.

This is a great product, but I was frustrated that it didn't come on ice as was indicated it would.

The Genestra-HMF super powder was delivered without ice and left in my mail box in the hot South Florida temperature. I have been taking it for almost a week and no improvements in my epigastric discomfort. I'm relating this to the high temperature that has affected the bacterias, making the product less effective.

Worked great when I first received but then it became hard and stickie even though I kept in a cool dry place.

Probiotics are great. This one serves pretty well for a general coverage option. Easy to dissolve in water and put in my and kids drinks.

I have battled with IBS symptoms for over 2 decades, usually with extreme bloating and sharp pains. I have also tried numerous remedies and healing modalities. At the end of the day, I realize that I have to learn to be less anxiouis and to avoid foods that I am sensitive to (gluten, sugars, processed, additives, etc).
