The Iliotibial Band Brace has been confirmed as an excellent product. I experienced an injury during my marathon preparation, and this band enabled my training program to be completed. There are expected to be various products suitable for this type of injury; however, this one is considered the best. The ITB band has been confirmed to be a solution for knee problems.

Read the reviews, friends. Theres a reason why large sizes are limited. Runs VERY small. Measured my leg just above the knee and it was 15inches si I ordered medium to be safe after reading the reviews. STILL way too small. Ordered large and still snug. Product is excellent though.

This sleeve is helping me heal from a terrible accident where I tore muscles & tendons (Level 2 tear, not level 3). A lot of thought clearly went into the design and manufacturing of this product. It's pretty comfortable, as far as these things go & I can wear it for hours. It has silicone dots on the inside of the upper & lower bands to prevent slipping, and they're pretty effective. I highly recommend this compression sleeve.

Too constricting. I ordered this on my doc’s recommendation after some minor surgery. I ordered a small but it nearly cut off the circulation in my leg. So it exchanged it for a medium but it was still too tight. I ended up cutting it in half to shorten it. It has served the purpose and stays in place well, but it’s very tight.

I measured my thigh exactly as directed but this company does not tell you to measure your knee also. This product caused severe pain in my arthritic knee. My doctor told me to buy a "thigh sleeve" to stabilize a hamstring tear. He said he could give me one but my insurance would not cover it. He said I could get a good one (and less expensive) on amazon and I thought I was ordering a good one. Maybe this is for healthy young athletes but certainly not for short, old, arthritic people.

it works fine for the thigh and ITB..how ever it does not reach to cover the upper thigh close to the groin and after some time on the top part slips although just a little....

Pros- must have for runners and racquet game sportsmen- compresses the thigh for better leg movement- reduces calf cramps- eases itb area of the thigh. Can follow up with rolling for added Cool down- must buy this product with silicon for better gripCons- expensive on Amazon, available with primafit at 2200 a sleeve- need to buy sleeve for both thighs, hence cost is double by default- need to hand wash with cold water, can't put in washing machine- needs lots of airing else can start smelling foul

It works great. I am just getting my IT band healed and rode a stationary bike for the first time inTwo months. Seemed to protect as I have little discomfort. My leg measured 18 so I got theLarge size, which fit perfect. The video is good to show you how to put it on.
