I have sciatica and lower back issues. This stuff has been a life saver. Using it after showering and before going to bed has worked the best for me. Just be careful to not use with a heating pad. It makes the cream hotter and can cause chemical burns. Try a test spot before you use it, too. Some people are sensitive to the Capsaicin. It's not a cure, but it sure helps relieve the pain.

We purchased the product which was suggested by a physical therapy person who was coming to our home for my sister. I have fibromyalgia, numerous surgeries on my back, knee and neck, my sister has Progressive Super Nuclear Palsy which is a rare and horrible condition; her hands were swelling and hurting terribly even with pain medication and we rubbed this gel on her, it has not cured the problem but it helped with the swelling tremendously and it does help with her pain. I personally use it on my neck and shoulder area, all over my back, low back and the sciatia area and my knee and it does give some relief. I would recommend anyone try this product.
