Is it too loud for a meditation room?

Not if you use the low speed. I use it in my massage room and cannot hear it. If you run it at speed 2 or 3 you can hear it.

Where can I purchase a replacement UV lamp?

You should be able to purchase the UVC lamps from the manufacture but their website design is poor when trying to find Replacement parts. I had to find the filter replacement for my AP-T40 by searching by model name rather than going to the parts and accessories tab. And I never did find a replacement for the UVC lamp. I contacted the manufacturer but they never responded to my request for how to order that replacement part

Thank you for your question. The only difference is the color. The T40WT is white.

When you press the power button (on the far left) all of the "option" buttons should light up in blue. If that is not happening you do not have power to the unit and your unit is malfuntioning. If they do light up, select a time in hours from the options on the far right and the unit should turn on.
