I'm not a yoga guy or anything, but I do workout and I also have a lower back injury (Herniated disc) which causes all kinds of issues and pain. I constantly stretch throughout the day just to relieve pain in my lower back and legs. I had seen these straps and figured I would give one a try. It really does help me get a much deeper stretch and all the loops make it nice for adjusting to different stretches easily and quickly.It seems to be well made and it didn't cost very much. Today quality seems to have gone out the window, but this item actually seems solid and perfect for what it is intended for. If you stretch throughout the day or before and after your workout add this strap. It really does help you get a much deeper stretch and is more than worth the money. My back and legs have felt so much better since I started using it. Especially that restless leg feeling my lower back gives me. Good product and good relief.

This strap is perfect and exceeded my expectations since it is cheaper than many of the others. The quality is superior to 1 I paid twice as much for. The numbers on it ensure you will always have it even in the right spot. 👌

The Relax Tony Stretching strap is terrific for yoga, physical Therapy and Flexibility Exercises, the strap does not stretch but it is well made with loops that are numbered up to 6. The webbed mesh that it is made of is very sturdy and made of good quality tight woven materials and great workmanship, it is also a great value for the money. I am very happy with my purchase.

I tried out the exercises that are included in the booklet that comes with it which was great as a guide. However I’m not too good at sticking to an exercise routine. It’s great to keep this strap by my side so while I’m just sitting around watching tv I can use it to stretch. I don’t really think too much about it being fitness since I’m watching tv but I can feel the difference. I just put my yoga mat on the floor, turn on a good movie and start stretching with this little strap. It helps me to extend my legs and arms further than I could without it. It has loops up and down it to make it work for everyone regardless of size.

I looked at several straps when deciding which to purchase. This one is very sturdy and I am pleased. I do wish that it had included some suggested stretches and hand/ foot placement manual just for starting.

I love this item. I am someone who must stretch a few times a day, or my body will be super stiff and sore. I do ok on my own.... Or at least I thought I did, until I tried this. I'm stretching parts of my body I couldn't quite get to before! It comes with a storage bag, which compacts the strap, so when I'm not using it, it is not taking up any space! The two ends have nice soft "handles" but I'm so short I always use the middle loops... There are some numbers on each loop... Not sure what those are about. It comes with a book with some examples of stretches, but I didn't see anything about the numbers... I'm sure some of you understand it, but not me 😜

I bought this as a second strap for travel (bag will make it easy to keep it untangled from. the rest of my gear)I’m going to make it my main strap. It’s about the same as the other one, but as dumb as it sounds - the numbers on each slot makes it’s easier to put my foot in the right loop when stretching my legs. It’s better than the guys and check of my old strap. Is this the right loop? Nope - move leg until it’s right. My right leg is 2 and left is 5. Easy to remember.Nylon is great and durable and the foam padding on the handles keep the strap from squeezing my hands too much.I also like this better than a yoga strap as it’s longer.

This strap, and especially the pamphlet of stretches to do, helped my Siatica more than the exercises I was given in PT. I stretch 3 times a day and now am able to be more active and have less pain.Great item.
