How does this compare to the medicated The Fixer?

I have never used medicated The Fixer so I don't know. I just know this is the best lip repair that I have every used and I live in a very dry area where I get chapped lips many times a year so I use this daily and it is the best for me.

Why is it $3 at Walmart, but $7 here?

It's called convenience of not having to leave your house and having a seller do the work for you. If you want it for that price YOU go buy it.
