I was skeptical about taking this product but it really works for weigh loss. I have been taking daily for a few months and have lost 8 lbs. I did not change my diet at all, and it works anyway. I feel full after a meal and dont over eat.

I took it for 5 weeks, gradually until I took 3 pills a day, with breakfast, lunch and before bed. Unfortunately, I started to feel nauseous all day and couldn't take it anymore. Needless to say I lost weight as I couldn't eat as I felt to nauseous. It may work very well for others.

I take this product in place of networking. It doesn't have the chemicals that metformin has.

Berberine is a easy to swallow capsule. There is no taste at all, before or after taking it. I notice a difference in my blood sugar within the first week if taking Berberine. My fasting sugar usually ran between 140 to 165. Now I am seeing 98 to 113. My A1C has dropped from 8.1 to 6.4 in two months. I am very happy with this product.
