As someone who studied herbalism in college in my 20s, I really appreciate a well-thought-out herbal blend—and this lactation tea is an excellent one. It’s designed for nursing mothers who want to support healthy milk production, and you can tell a lot of care went into formulating it. The fenugreek seeds are the main galactagogue (milk-producing herb), and the fennel adds additional support. I also love that it includes catnip, chamomile, and lavender, which help calm stress and promote relaxation—something that’s incredibly important for lactation, since lower stress and higher oxytocin can both help increase milk flow. It smells wonderful, tastes soothing, and you can tell it was hand-packed with care—the expiration date is even handwritten. I love supporting small companies like this, and I’ve already ordered a few of their other blends. The label recommends one tablespoon per cup, steeped for 10 minutes, and to enjoy one to three cups daily. That’s consistent with what I’ve learned, though I do wish they’d specify how much water to use, since cup sizes vary a lot. Overall, it’s a lovely tea—effective, comforting, and made with quality herbs. Even though I’m on the tail end of breastfeeding my youngest, I’m glad I found it. It’s a relaxing ritual that feels both nourishing and intentional, and I’ll definitely keep it in mind for new moms in my circle!

Great tea-just don't over steep or it gets bitter.

This product is amazing! Anything from this company works wonders! It started working the next morning! Let there be milk! The tea and tincture together work best but either one on its own helps produce milk, but when used together its like my breasts never stop shooting out milk! The only reason I give 4 stars is because my order was suppose to include a tea ball and it was shorted from the order. There is no default with the products what so ever! Best stuff out there by far for nursing mamas who need/want more milk!

I received the order promptly however, I did not receive the ball to use with it so unfortunately I haven't gotten the chance to put this tea to the test and find out if it works or not 😞

This tea is so great! I used it while in the early months of nursing to establish a good supply and during times when I was ill or not hydrating enough. I love buying in bulk and this is a great option to get your nursing nutritional needs met to make plenty milk for you little one. This tea was also helpful during times when I wanted to pump more milk for storage or to mix with my little one's first foods. Whether you drink daily or just as needed, it's a wonderful supplement to any nursing mother's routine!

Didn’t work for me ..my milk stayed the same as was before ..so sad that it didn’t work .i has bigger expectations .

I was worried about my milk supply with going back to work. I've been using "Let there be milk" in addition to their loose breastfeeding tea and I've had great results! I am producing an extra ounce or so each side each time I pump.
