I bought a pair of replacement cartridges for my HP MFP-M125mw printer. After installing the cartridge, the printer reported "incompatible cartridge," and would not work.I contacted GreenBox support to see if they had any advice, workarounds, etc., but 3 business days later have not received a response. I just returned the cartridges for another brand.

I know it is difficult to get emotional about a laser toner cartridge but here goes. You've never seen toner in as colorful and tastefully designed package!!The cartridge fit into the HP printer on first try! If that ain't something special, my name ain't Furious Fred..Not wanting to be a smart a----, I gotta sign off, emotionally drained, exhaghsted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Until next timelove ya!

Indicated it was compatible with my HP printer model. It’s not! Gives error saying incompatible. I did online search and this is a common complaint. Didn’t try it until after return window closed. Total loss.

It's works great 👍 with my HP printer and they sent me the replacement for defective one.

These toner cartridges honestly surprised me. They have great print quality, and have lasted well through a LOT of heavy-duty printing from a Master’s degree student. Great value!

Prints come out great. Works great in the printer.

I cannot reply on the longevity as the cartridge has only been installed a few weeks.

My bad for not paying closer attention to the details. They show a picture of high capacity cartridges but they ship you standard capacity. It's all legal like in the fine print. Deceptive advertising. It's becoming the standard. Will not buy again
