I ordered this as it has lots of protein at reasonable price without many calories. Importantly, it doesn't have gelatin like Pure Protein. The taste and texture exceeded my expectations. It tastes dark chocolatey with hint of peppermint and isn't too sweet. There are some crunchy bits as well like kitkat..not exactly like a wafer but equally good. I'd recommend this to my colleagues.

We've been buying NuGo Slim for years, because there are times when one does not want a full meal, or one lacks time. That doesn't mean one should have to eat a lot of sugar, or (ugh) palm oil. Good news is one doesn't need to, as NuGo Slim's Chocolate Brownie Crunch is made with cocoa butter, plus it has only 3 grams of sugar. There was a note card that said, "You deserve this!" It explained that the product is shipped in a "customized cool shipping material that is environmentally sound. Made from fully recycled materials and can be recycled curbside." It also mentioned that if the eco-pack of blue ice had melted, the dark chocolate would be fine, as it doesn't need refrigeration, just not supposed to be allowed to get too warm. I already knew this. In fact, it is one of the reasons we like these, but for new customers it's good to know. We decided to do two things. One was to put the ice pack in the freezer for future use and save the sturdy box for shipping something this Christmas. The other was to let other customers know about the upgraded shipping and just how good these bars are, especially compared some of the newer light meal or delayed meal/snack substitutes we have tried. By delayed meal/snack substitutes, we mean the sort of thing one eats when it has been a little too long since the last meal, and one has to work late, or one's significant other won't be able to get back for dinner at a reasonable time. Mother always said, "Don't spoil your dinner!" These won't, in our experience. Just don't overdo dinner, as one might very well have done if one had gotten too hungry while waiting.

If you are vegan and looking for a tasty protein bar this is for you. So yummy.

I've ordered multiple boxes of both the mint and raspberry bars - they're my absolute favorite protein bars, hands-down. They're crispy, low in both sugar and calories, and taste as good as a candy bar to me. They're not always fresh, with one order having been completely inedible, but typically the bars are enjoyable still. It's why I kept ordering after having to toss a box. Unfortunately, the last order had 2 bars in it that tasted strongly of nuts. These were a box of the mint bars, which should be nut-free. I have a mild almond allergy, so was fine, but have never tasted nuts before while eating these. The brand's peanut flavor contains both almond and peanut. People with severe allergies may want to steer clear.

These are delicious! I'm a personal trainer and holistic nutritionist, and finding a plant-based protein bar that's very low in sugar, high in protein and fiber, doesn't upset the stomach, and is tasty? Almost impossible, but they've done it with this one. I'm eating one every day to meet my macro goals, and quite a few of my clients have already ordered a box after trying one of mine. Yes, my box disappeared very fast! They smell exactly like a Thin Mint girl scout cookie and don't disappoint in taste, although they are a bit hard. The only reason I notice that is because I am currently wearing Invisalign braces and my teeth are sensitive to hard foods. No one else has mentioned it, so I'm assuming it's just my special-needs teeth. It won't deter me from my once-daily treat, which I now look forward to eating every day as if it was a forbidden dessert!

I've had to eliminate dairy from my diet and I can't eat wheat and these have been a great replacement. These are really tasty and have a nice crunch. One of the best vegan protein bars I've found for taste and amount of protein per bar without being really high kcal. I've tried four or five other brands and these have been the best. I tried a sample of the four flavours first. This and the crunchy peanut are my faves
