Q: Machine is working, but after some time i got error “sls err”what should i do?

I had the same issue and they recomended going to a electrician vs returning it. Got Amazon in on the issue and got a refund and put the machine in the trash. If you got it to work once, consider yourself lucky

Q: Can this also be used to make soft serve ice cream?

Would not recommend for soft serve ice cream. Has plastic screw for mixing temperature might not get cold enough for the dairy
