This probiotic has made me feel energetic and healthy. It is an easy to swallow tablet. I felt the effect within 2 -3 days of taking one in the evening. Even my sleeping is more restful. GREAT PRODUCT!

I have been taking this probiotic for 3 weeks. I feel good and do appear to have a little more energy. I will wait a bit to test my cholesterol to see if it is down. Overall this is a reasonably priced quality probiotic that I will likely continue to take.

I have been using the product now for a couple of weeks and so far so good. And my digestion has improved and I am not as gassy and bloated as I was before starting it.

No change in my cholesterol.The bottle arrived quickly and in a well-padded envelope.On the plus side, this is a one-a-day, not two or three, like some others.No noticeable or discernable flavor, either.However, I didn't see a change in my numbers. I am sure the seller would say you need to take this for a few months to notice the changes. I will not be taking this that long.

I like that it helps with my cholesterol levels, which I really need. That it’s cleaning my gut, especially with the amount of antibiotics I need to take sometimes. Replacing Healthy bacteria back into my body.
