Only Fools and HorsesOfficial Millionaires Heat Change Mug in Gift Box

I brought this as a Christmas gift, we hand washed the mug as advised and the mug was ruined. I messaged the seller and they first of all did not read my message properly and said that it needs to be hand washed which I explained I did. I responded back asking for a refund and to read my previous message but I have since been ignored and I will be looking to take this further as unhappy with the Customer Service provided. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The cup works well as a cup. However after a few uses and hand washes, it has started to peel around the top of the cup.

Absolutely disgusted at the sellers response to the item peeling and discolouration after only 2 uses. I followed all manufacturing guidelines ‘do not microwave’ ‘do not wash in dishwasher’ . Seller did not give me a chance to reply as they closed my request for a replacement before I got the chance. Will not be using this seller again....Just RUDE.Avoid Avoid Avoid

I am so disappointed with this purchase, very poor quality, not fit for purpose, I can’t even give it 1 star but had to select 1 star to allow me to submit a review.I bought this as an Easter present so not used until at least 18th April - Print/transfer coming away you would think that the mug was years old not just over 2 months old! The mug has only ever been hand washed as we do not own a dishwasher so handled with care. Do not recommend buying this product.

Did not appreciate that it did not live up to expectations, obviously not meant to be used but to look at, expensive waste of time

The mug was bought as a gift for Christmas. Within a few days of it having been used the design started to peel off. The mug was only washed by hand. I contacted the seller immediately and have had no success with contact or obtaining a replacement from them. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service!! I wouldn’t buy from them again!

Terrible prompt delivery. After 1st use washed carefully by hand with soft sponge and noticed pattern coming off where colour changes. Contacted seller and was told.not to put in dish washer. I explained I do not have one and since ignored my request for refund or another item.The other items.from this seller biscuit tin and salt and pepper fab.
