These work well. I did spray both rings and the pan with cooking spray. They do not stick at all when doing this. I always get the pan hot first. There is small leakage of egg products, but not much. Did find if I dip the products in the egg first, they do not leak. that requires cracking egg in a bowl first. The small amount of leakage I saw is not worth the extra work.

These have the wooden rotatable handles to ensure they don’t get hot and burn you. They don’t stay flat on my cast iron frying Pan (or maybe my frying Pan isn’t flat?) the egg white will ooze out a tiny amount. I spray these with a no stick spray and ensure my Pan is hot, but it still oozes. With that said, they still looked great! Now, where you have to watch out is while cleaning them. I cut m finger cleaning them! The edges are sharper than one would think!

I like the wood handles, but I did polypropylene them for durability. I have used the rings once with pretty good success. You must have the pan hot before dropping in the egg, or it will leak under the ring, and you must put some spray or oil on the ring, or it will stick. Mine first try eggs stuck to the rings. I will work out the details as I use them.

These work great! I took the advice of another comment, and made sure I oiled the inside of the ring. It did seep a bit, but that was only because I put the egg in before the skillet was quite hot enough. They seem heavy enough to withstand the use, and they do look nice. I hang them with my potholders next to the stove for quick use. I LOVE that they can be folded up for storage anywhere PERFECT for DIY egg “muffins”.

I bought this because it was stainless steel. I am removing all nonstick cookware from my kitchen and was so disappointed to see the health warning on this item. Returning.

I bought one pair of these rings and I liked them so much I bought another pair. I had been using silicon rings that didn't work really well. They were a little too large and the egg ran out underneath the ring. The egg also stuck to the silicon a little bit making it slightly messy. These stainless rings keep the egg inside the ring much better making for a thicker egg. You do need to coat them with a non-stick spray or butter and then they just slide right off the egg. The wooden handles stay nice and cool and fold inside for easy storage. I love 'em!

We previously owned rings with a coating on them which was great because they didn't stick. Unfortunately the coating was flaking off, so they went in the trash. There is no danger of that happening with the stainless rings, but food sticks to them even when using non-stick spray. Given the choice again, we will deal with the sticking of the stainless rings rather than eating the coating from the non-stick ones. We would love a set of rings from Gotham Steel if they worked as great as the pans do.

Ordering was easy, and delivery on time and in good condition. Quality of item was very poor. Bends easily, is not as easy to clean as I expected due to the egg leaking into the hinge part of the handle, and unit must be thoroughly dried after washing or the hinge area will rust. All in all, it was worth the low price, but was hoping for a better quality. You get what you pay for. Next time, I will spend more to get a higher quality product.
