Looks used, box was damaged, missing parts
Box was damaged, only controller and spare parts were in the box. Returned and replaced and the second one was used as well, salt residue all over pump from previously being used. At least this one actually works

Ordered original and replacement both junk - controller stops talking to pump
Save your money. I have had 2 units fail in a week. Controller stops talking to the pump and the pump stops running because of this. Buy something else....

I just got mine in today mine was used no instructions no nothing looks like some one used it for awhile smells like dead fish as well and very dirty box was messed up bad and taped with wrapping paper tape
