I’ve tried so many moisturizers and always come back to Vanicream. It isn’t “sexy,” but it is tried and true. My skin is dry, sensitive, and acne-prone, and I use acne treatments morning and night, so I wasn’t sure if this lotion would be moisturizing enough. It has been perfect, though; I layer a hyaluronic acid serum in the morning and seal it in with this, and my skin stays calm and hydrated without feeling greasy. It’s lightweight, fragrance-free, and has never broken me out or caused irritation. I even used it on a new healing tattoo and it worked great without stinging or clogging. I love that it’s affordable, easy to find, and free of common irritants like dyes, fragrance, parabens, and formaldehyde. The 16 oz pump is perfect for home use, and I keep the 3 oz travel size in my bag so I always have it with me. If you need something gentle, simple, and effective, this is a great everyday moisturizer.

At my advanced age, I still have acne issues! Ugh! Does it ever stop? I needed a new face wash - one that is non-medicated because I recently started using Tretinoin again, which dries out my face. That meant I also needed a moisturizer. Vanicream to the rescue! First let me say I love, love, love the Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser. It is the most gentle yet effective face wash I've ever used - like EVER! My face is totally clean after using, but it doesn't dry out my skin. After washing, I apply the Tretinoin and a light layer of the Vanicream Moisturing Lotion. My face feels wonderful, and the Vanicream products do not clog my pores! I also purchased the Vanicream cream moisturizer which is too heavy for my face. However, it's great for my dry hands and elbows, especially during the winter months. I wish I had known about Vanicream years ago!!! Highly recommend!

I switched to this 7 years ago and just love it. Clean, no residue, no chemicals or fragrance. Makes your skin look and feel great. Perfect for rosacea or troubled skin. Only need a little to go a long way.

First of all let me say that when i was in middle school and high school i never got a pimple or acne overall. It was on my 20s that i started getting hormonal acne and i was trying everything drugstore but mainly highend (because you think the higher the price the better it will work ) i over exfoliated .. waxed my face to stop acne and oil control. Not realizing i was making it worse and damaging my skin barrier. And i know thats true because im very sensitive to alot of products like i ll get little bumps here and then. I tried brands like skinfix, skinbetter, cerave, curology, cetaphil , youth to the people , first aid beauty and nothing seemed to help. This is my second day using this product and im IN LOVE. The cleanser has a good (minimum) foam that cleans your face without stripping your oils yet it feels fresh and clean without the tight feeling.( If your using heavy makeup i would use the bioderma miscellar water prior just to get all the makeup off first) The product im most amazed its the lotion. I have never used anything like it. Its very light and once you apply it to your face you can feel it sinking in to your skin (quick) making you feel hydrated (not oily) without leaving a film on top of your skin. This is affordable , fragance free and it works. My skin doesnt feel itchy anymore and dont get the little bumps. This is the Best purchase i have done in these past years . The only issue i had was that my lotion came without a pump but they replaced it like the next day without a cost and honestly it cant get better than that.

I have very sensitive, cystic acne prone skin. This has been a lifesaver for me. It’s non-comedogenic, no fragrance or extra things that are unneeded for your skin. This has helped to repair my skin barrier in a big way. Very good, simple moisturizer for those with sensitive or acne prone skin.

Great lotion! We love the cream (which is heavier and works really well for my toddler’s eczema and keratosis pilaris and my eczema) at night, but I wanted to try the lotion to use during and throughout the day as needed, and this stuff is great! Very moisturizing, but not sticky or gross feeling, and no negative skin reactions! Have also been using it on my infant. Definitely recommend for anyone with sensitive skin.

Recommended by the allergist for my toddler’s eczema. It’s the only lotion that moisturizes quickly without breaking him out. His skin remains soft and hydrated, perfect for our dry climate. I can even use it on his face and it won’t break him out. 10/10

I was hesitant to buy this as I heard a lot of bad things about petrolatum product. To my surprise, it's very good. Calms my red, flaking skin due to seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis. It's cheap too.
