Could I fill this bag with ice cubes and lay on it without any water leaking out?

These do not have the same quality as Space saver bags. All of my Space bags leak air. All of my Space saver bags have stayed sealed for several years in storage where they got hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I do not recommend these.

Good question. Ziploc® brand Travel Space Bags® are 18’ x 22.5”.

Really easy. Only problem, as with all of other bags too, is you have to be careful to not pull the zipper off. Easily fixable, but . . . I do recommend these.

What is the difference between the "travel" bag and the other types aside from not needing a vacuum? They all look like they work exactly the same.

The travel bag has no outlet for a vacuum. You have to roll it or sit on it to evacuate the air. I have never tried the stay at home version, but the reviews suggest it stays compressed longer than the travel version.
