Started taking these to help with deficiencies and some neurological problems I was having. Worked and have been taking them for abide 6 months now.

Great vitamins
I love blue bonnet chewables with earth sweet. They don't contain nasty ingredients such as xylitol which is harmful to animals, but also isn't high in calories. This chewable works great. I take it with the methylfolate because I have MTHFR. I only wish they had a 5000 iu vitamin D.
