I was so excited to get this but when I did the product came bent and rusty. The instructions were very confusing amd very hard to assemble. The holes in metal were to little to place and the little key provided couldn't screw it so I had to purchase a hand drill. I'm very disappointed

The frame bend the first time I sat in it. It was a waste of money.

We only ordered this so we had a covered outdoor swing where we could sit outside without the sun or rain affecting us. We got it all put together except for the awning over it and discovered there was a piece missing. It is too late to send back as we have put it all together. We can't even use the awning now. So, so disappointing! Poor quality control for sure

The media could not be loaded.  I looked all pics and ordered this but I received and put together swing , i m not happy about this company swing , please do not buy this swing ,

Although this should be a very simple procedure for assembly, the person who designed this swing has a lot of brain inside his/her skull. They made sure that the assembly is as difficult as possible. They provided a instruction page, which is not very helpful. Most of the time I was feeling like I'm solving puzzle. In addition, they provided wrong tools, none of the screw drive (or whatever it is) do no fit with any screw.. I believe, they bought some of this from a random store, and through those in the box.. didn't even check whether those drive fit with the screw or not. The whole assembly procedure was very stressful. Besides the difficult assembly, one part was broken (see picture). After assembly, we realize that this is not a sturdy swing. I don't hope this to survive few months. Let see!!! Very unhappy with the purchase.

We put this together in a decent amount of time but it wasn’t very comfortable to sit on nor was it very attractive; it looked cheap. The top brace would not fit together snugly and the back lower brace bent after swinging for a few minutes. For almost $200 this was seriously a waste of money. I’ve spent less in the past for much sturdier swings that definitely looked more attractive!

The shade part of the swing snapped off within 2 months of buying swing. Whenever there is the slightest bit of wind the swing tips over. Would not recommend. Spend a little more and get something of better quality.
