Korean Gochujang Paste

If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality gochujang, Roland Foods Gochujang is a fantastic choice! This Korean fermented hot chili paste delivers the perfect balance of heat, umami, and subtle sweetness, making it a must-have ingredient in any kitchen. The texture is smooth and thick, making it incredibly versatile. Whether you’re using it for marinades, stir-fries, bibimbap, or dipping sauces, it blends beautifully with other ingredients. I’ve used it to make spicy Korean BBQ, and the depth of flavor it adds is incredible. It has just the right amount of heat—not overwhelmingly spicy but enough to give dishes that signature Korean kick. What I love most is the authenticity of this gochujang. Unlike some other brands that taste too artificial or overly sweet, this one maintains a well-balanced, fermented richness that enhances the overall taste of any dish. Plus, the 17.6 oz container is a great value—it lasts a long time since a little goes a long way. Another bonus is the packaging. The resealable tub keeps it fresh for months in the fridge, so you don’t have to worry about it drying out. Whether you’re a home cook or a seasoned chef, Roland Foods Gochujang is a staple worth adding to your pantry. It’s an essential ingredient for anyone who loves bold, complex flavors. Highly recommend!

This product is great. Have finished mine and need to order again. I'm just waiting for my kitchen to be finished. It is very versatile and the ingredients are great. The consistency is thick and smooth and the size is good for the cost. I dot find it to be spicy 🥵 so for those who can't take the heat this is good.

This gochujang is absolutely delicious! It has the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and savory flavors, making it great for Korean recipes like bibimbap, fried rice, noodles, marinades, and sauces. The texture is smooth, easy to mix, and a little goes a long way. The quality is excellent, and it adds authentic Korean flavor to every dish. I will definitely buy it again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice sweet heat flavor very earthy. I made some spicy pork bulgogi with it

Tastes good and it's the real deal.

High quality thick product. The packaging is also really high quality and could be reused. I think the flavor is spot on, very fermented and with good kick.

Great value. Great taste.

Thick sticky paste, I heard Korean likes spicy I was scared at first but to my taste is really mild to not spicy. I cook gochujang noodles which is mixed with cream or coconut milk. If you are not use to the flavor, try couple more times and you will love it. This is my second purchase. I bought it to try some recipes. I love the flavor. The package was well done, no leaks and I had it almost a year refrigerated so it keeps the paste save. If you look to try new flavors this is the right one. You can always add spicy to your food but not take it out. So, this one is good to focus on flavor and not be scared of how hot it is.
