I did some research and came across this product on Amazon. I ordered it and have been taking the pills every day. I decided to keep a log on here and update for at least a month the changes I'm seeing. Body chemistry varies from person to person so your results may be different. Also, I am VERY conscious of placebo effect and guard against it constantly by being highly skeptical of any product of this type. 4/12/2015 After the second day I noticed a change in my ability to concentrate. Now, 5 days of taking one pill a day I've noticed I'm able to concentrate more, the fog has lifted from my thinking, and I am way, waaaay more productive than I have been in a long time. I don't get as tired anymore either. I was so alarmed at being able to stay awake that I checked (and rechecked) the ingredients to make sure there was no caffeine--there wasn't any. Here is a list of the ingredients: St. John’s Wort (as 3% extract) Glutamine, Phosphatidylserine Complex, Bacopa Monniera(20% bacosides), Acetyl-L-Carnitine, DMAE Bitartrate, Ginkgo Biloba, Vinpocetine. I can't explain what is happening exactly but I know that something is going on and it's a positive change. Will it last? Will my body get used to the chemicals and the effect dissipate? Only time will tell. 4/14/2015 Ordering the free bottle now that I know the product is working. Went to SendTheFreeBottle.com and filled out the info. I'm up to two pills a day now: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Effect still seems to be strong. 4/17/2015 It's been a full 7 days now. Ordered another bottle just to make sure I have enough. That should net me 2 more bottles. One free and one paid. Now that the short term impact has been verified it's time to see how the product works long term. I think I made a mistake taking 2 pills so quickly. My body expects 2 pills now and the impact of one pill is diminished a little. I should have waited to see how long 1 pill would last. Will update on a weekly basis going forward. 4/23/2015 Just about two weeks. After the initial dip in performance the effect remains steady over time so far. I'm still taking two pills a day and use the second pill strategically. For example, if I have a big morning where I have to do a lot of brain work then I'll take two together. If, however, it's just a normal day of work then I'll take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I've got three bottles lined up so I don't run out. If this keeps up it looks like I have a supplement I'm going to take for a long time. Only time will tell. 6/11/2015 My body has adapted to the supplements at this point. The impact is about 75% of what it was when I first started but that is plenty. I still take two a day and vary how I take them depending on my mental tasks for that day (see 4/23 entry). Mostly, I have gotten so used to functioning at this new level that it is my new "normal". If I miss a day I definitely notice it. Will try to remember to update in a few months but feel free to reply to this review and request an update if it's been a while. Bottom line: these pills are absolutely worth it.

This is the only supplement that my wife and I can tell a difference in 3 days after taking and 3 days after it is not available, with the fog kicking back in. Many supplements take 2 weeks or not at all to be able to tell any difference. THIS WORKS. Forget mushrooms and jellyfish. I have tried them all. My Amazon count is off due to the first time it was taken off the market. So I have bought this maybe 80+ times. I started buying this years ago after comparing many brands to the original Genuix that was taken off due to "false claims". No other brand has this combination of herbs. Again, this one works. So glad it is back on the shelf.

This isn't my first foray into the world of nootropics. I was first turned on to the concept while watching the WSOP. One of the finalists was sponsored by a company called Natural Stacks. I thought it was interesting and gave it a shot. I honestly didn't feel any different, and my work performance did not increase / decrease in way that could be considered significant. Before I continue, I am an information systems security manager for a government entity. My job is very detail oriented and I am required to be focused and organized, so when I say it didn't affect my job performance, I am not talking about working at Taco Bell. I purchased Neuro Clarity on Amazon, and received it a couple of days later. No big deal, that is standard procedure with Prime these days. It is expected as I pay for my Prime membership, so no extra stars there. The packaging was bubble wrap, nothing fancy. I man let's face it, its a bottle of pills. Not supposed to be fancy. The first day I took the pill was a Sunday. I was recovering from a cold that had me wanting to do nothing but sleep so I didn't expect to feel anything significant. I do believe most of Saturday I spent in bed. So early Sunday I take the pill, and I don't feel any different. No "brain fog" or anything, I feel like myself. No big deal. However, on a day that I am almost ALWAYS lazy, I found myself puttering around the house doing all sorts of things that I have been putting off. Felt like I accomplished a lot, then looked at the clock and only 2 hours had gone by. This was my first indicator that maybe this was a good product. It could have been the fact that I had been sick last 3 days and was just feeling better as well, so I just put that in the back of my mind and moved on. Day 2. Woke up at 5 like I usually do, but instead of WANTING to go back to bed, I couldn't get my mind to shut off, felt fine, so I went to the gym. I always SAY I am going to do that, but I never do. Got a good workout in, went to work. Again much of the same, great day, good productivity and focus. My job is fairly stressful, but I found that some things that I usually get fired up about, I had more of a "meh" attitude, and just kept trucking. Great day. Day 3. Felt tired this day even though I took the pills. Not sure if it was because I slept too much, or if it was because I didn't sleep enough. I was sore from the workout the day before... didn't take any type of protein at night. Still have the "meh" attitude towards crisis scenarios. Kind of like "I will get to it when I get to it because your emergency isn't my emergency right now" I don't know if that is the St John's Wort at work or what. This IS my first foray with that ingredient so I don't know. Never figured myself for needing an anti-depressant. If a customer comes in saying this is critical, I usually pass on a little of their excitement. Day 4. This is today - got an email asking for a review. I don't want to say "oh yeah this product is great" ... it hasn't been a significant enough time for me to say that it is good. I FEEL calmer, and it would seem that my ability to keep my mind on task is to the point where I am seeing an increase in productivity. I can't tell if its because my overall attitude has changed due to the St John's Wort, or if my brain is actually being more efficient. If at this point you are still reading the review then I would have to say yes I would definitely recommend this product. I have taken this for 4 days and while I can't say I FEEL smarter (I wasn't expecting that anyway) I can say with almost certainty that I have seen results. Nothing on my plate seems as daunting as it was last week. I have a major inspection coming up that has taken most of my time, and I don't feel like time is getting away from me as I prepare my team. In the very least, I will finish this bottle, wait a week or two to see if I have any negative side effects of not taking this supplement, and then probably purchase again. I can't give 5 stars as I can't say this product 100% works. I mean I could just be having an awesome week? haha. I will update this in a month with a 5 star if I am still pushing through

Okay, first let me say I received no compensation or free product for this review. This is my own experience. Powerful stuff. On the heels of having been pregnant & nursing (2+yrs x 3 children) for the past, oh, 7 years, I was struggling with major Baby Brain: tired, poor memory, mental capacity diminished (I used to make straight A's at night school while working 40 plus hours and volunteering at a hospital). And I am no slouch when it comes to nutrition. People told me that it's just what happens when you have kids and oh well. Sorry, but that's not good enough. I have 3 active kids to raise and I'm in my mid 40's so I kept looking until I found this. I took this about every 2-3 days as I was weaning my last child (after checking out possible side effects to baby). Not only did it massively restore focus and memory for me, it also made my last baby make unexpected leaps in development. Example: at 18 months, he learned how to climb out of his port-a-cot by hooking his foot up to the top and hoisting his body up and over. Side Effect: he doesn't nap much, so I give him simple tasks to do like vacuuming and retrieving things and he's a wiz at preschool puzzles. At the end of the first week taking this (along with 1 Bio-energy), I remember going to the grocery store after a long day at home with our kids, and I felt content, clear-headed, focused and giddy with my new powers and energy. I was giggling with relief and humming as I shopped. I no longer feel like an old battered war horse and I intend to take this regularly from now on, since my last is fully weaned. It seems to have woken up parts of my brain that had fallen asleep and the effects don't seem to diminish in between doses. It feels like my brain is gradually waking up, more and more over time. My husband takes it too and with a long hard commute and work day, it keeps him driving on with his terrific brain intact. So grateful there are products like this for working families.

This nootropic has a good combination of herbs and natural chemicals that your body produces that have been linked with increasing mental alertness and improving memory, It is composed of the herbs St. John's Wort, Bacopa,Ginkgo Biloba, Vinpocentine, in addition to the natural chemicals Glutamine, Phosphatidylserine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and DMAE Birtrate. I have been taking this product for about 10 days and my experience is mixed. The first two days it gave me a slight headache and a little bit of stomach discomfort, but after that I didn't have any noticeable side effects. I have noticed an ability to focus more and read slightly faster (but then again that could be a placebo affect). I will finish the bottle and update this review on any changes. Note: I've noticed that Neuro Focus, also sold here on Amazon, has the exact same ingredients and in the same proportions as Neuro Clarity for about 1/5 of the price. So I also ordered Neuro Focus to continue to try this same nootropic for another month, but this time a lot cheaper. From what I have read the key components of this nootropoc are Acetyl-L-Carnitine (aka ALCAR) and Ginkgo Biloba so I recommend that you get those separately to supplement this product, since the Neuro Clarity (and Focus) only contain 50 mg of each, which is not enough in my opinion. So I also take a pill of ALCAR (500 mg) and another pill of Ginkgo Biloba (120 mg) with it. From what I read it is perfectly safe to take up to 2000 mg (or 2 grams) of ALCAR and up to 360 mg of Ginkgo Biloba per day, but I would not recommend that you exceed this dosage since it could upset your stomach, cause headaches and even give you a very rapid heart rate. Facts: I'm 47 Male, fairly healthy I have ADHD, and normally don't leave Any feedback to any product, I bought this based in the reviews, since I don't have access to real ADD medications, I decided to give this a try, I take 2 caps at day empty stomach in the morning. Background info: I do work from home and my job requires to work case by case and get paid for the number of cases take care every day, so the more I work the more money I make, for the last year due my ADD struggles have crippled me to the point of barely making enough $$ to get my head above the water, so many distractions!, Effects: I started Taking Neuro Clarity, after 5 days, HOLLY COW!!! My review is a bit long.... but I'm sharing some of my story and struggles, to explain why this product was life changing. Maybe it will help some one else effected by a tramatic Brain Injury. Here's what I believe to be the honest truth about this product (I did not get the offer some say they did for a free additional bottle if they place a review). It doesn't work wonders for me like the top reviews, for some people it seems to work better. It's no limitless pill, everyone's looking (me included) for a miracle pill and I just don't believe they exist. Good diet, proper amount of routine sleep, exercise, proper hydration (8 glasses of water a day), and very little or no alcohol/other substances will provide you will more energy, focus, clarity, memory, etc than any other product. Some background first, because some people post regarding taking this product as an alternative to prescription medications. I take no prescription meds, I have never been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD, no clinical or long-term high/mild depression or anxiety. Stress levels I would say are slightly above average. I've been taking the product for 2 weeks, I feel mildly more focused, mildly more patience with details, mildly calmer, slightly lower stress, anxiety and depression (perhaps these are all placebo affects after reading reviews, I'll know better once I finish the bottle). No notable energy boost, no IQ boost, no long- or short-term memory change. I have no side effects of headache, upset stomach or increased heart rate as others have reported. I've taken up to 2 pills per day. (Update after finishing bottle - about the 3rd or 4th week of taking this product, if I took 2 pills per day I would get the severe headaches others talk about, guessing its the St Johns Wort. 1 pill per day for me did not cause headaches. Also over time the product seemed to lose affect slightly, skipping for a few days and starting again helped give its kick back in) Give it a shot, but don't expect the product to be as life changing for you as the top reviews make it out to be.
